This spacious dormer bungalow has been adapted for a Claimant who has a particularly severe form of cerebral palsy; he has spastic quadriplegia and athetoid dystonic features. A single storey extension has been built in order to provide the Claimant with a specially equipped en-suite bathroom, an appropriate sized bedroom, together with an aqua-therapy pool complex.

A discrete annexe, for the care regime, was also provided by way of an extension. Now adapted this dormer bungalow satisfies the collective accommodation needs of a profoundly disabled young man, his family, and the substantial Support Team required.
